Tips to make it quicker
- Write the amount however you like: 10rb, 10k, 10000 or 10.000 all work.
- “makan siang 25rb dompet bca” can be shortened to “makan siang 25rb bca”. If it comes out wrong, put the word dompet back in.
- Want a particular category? Just say so: “kopi 20rb kategori minuman”.
- If you do not name a book, the transaction goes to the active book you picked in settings.
- Book and account names have to match the app exactly. Capitals make no difference.
- For usage info, just type “mulai” or any other greeting.
The assistant asks when it's not sure
The assistant never guesses an amount, an account or a book. Across 1,802 messages in the last 30 days it asked a clarifying question on 4.7% of them, and 0.2% failed to process.

An account or book name matches nothing
It names the one it does not recognise, offers the closest match, and asks you to send it again.
Dompet “bcaa” tidak ditemukan. Maksud kamu “bca”? Kirim ulang dengan nama itu ya.

A small typo, or different capitals
It reads it fine. “bca” matches “BCA”, “gopay” matches “go pay”. No follow-up needed.

The amount is unclear, like “5b” or “5x”
It does not guess. It asks what you meant.

The message is not understood at all
It replies with a way to start again.

Is my data safe?
The WhatsApp Assistant runs on WhatsApp's official channel, with no third party in between. Google Gemini's AI does not train on your messages, and your phone number is only used to identify you.
