Delete Catatku Account
You can delete your account and all of your data at any time, straight from inside the app.
From the app
- Open Catatku and go to Settings.
- Choose Account Management.
- Choose Delete Account and follow the confirmation.
A 30-day grace period
Once you submit the request your account enters a 30-day grace period. During that time you can still cancel by signing back in. After 30 days the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
What gets deleted
Your account and everything synced to it: transactions, Accounts, Books, budgets, Savings, bills, debts, receivables, categories, attachments and app preferences.
What we keep
Records of purchases and subscriptions, without your name attached, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. These cannot identify you.
Before you do
- Deleting your account does not cancel purchases made through Google Play or the App Store.
- Export your data to PDF or Excel first if you still need it.
- Local data on the device is also cleared.
Can't get into the app?
Send a request from your registered email address to the email address below, with the subject “Delete Catatku Account”. We verify ownership of the account before processing it.
