The main screens you use most, day to day.

  • The Catatku home screen on the Daily tab: the total at the top with an income and spending summary, then one day of transactions with the time, account, note and amount.
    The daily cash book Free account Every day's transactions in one tidy list, each with its time and account. Income is green and spending is red, so the two are easy to tell apart.
  • The Catatku add-transaction screen: an account picker, eight icon categories, a note field and a large keypad with a Save button.
    Logged in seconds Free account Pick the account, tap a category, type the amount, then save. A short, fuss-free flow, so a transaction is recorded in moments.
  • The Catatku Budget screen: the budget left at the top, then each category with its monthly ceiling, a coloured progress bar, the amount spent and what remains.

    Set a spending limit for every category. The colour keeps you posted: green means there is room, orange means you are close, red means the budget is gone.
  • The Catatku reports screen: total spending at the top, a donut chart splitting it by category with each share as a percentage, then a per-category breakdown with the amount and the number of transactions.
